Ca'Rawya Return Policy

At Ca'Rawya, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:

Return Window You have 4 days from the date of delivery to decide if you'd like to return your item.

Condition Items must be unworn, unwashed. We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Shipping Costs Delivery fees for both the original order and the return shipment are charged to the customer and are non-refundable.

How to Return Contact us within 4 days of receiving your order at info@carawya.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.
